When there is no source
It says so, instead of guessing.
If no official page answers your question, the reply says so instead of guessing, and points you to your nearest Akshaya centre.
What it does, and what it never does
The promise is about sources and honesty, not about always being right.
What it does
- Quotes official Kerala pages and links to them.
- Says so when it finds no official source.
- Points you to an Akshaya centre or office for help in person.
- Sends you to the department's own portal to apply or pay.
What it never does
- Answer political questions. Election logistics, like the voter list or your polling booth, are fine.
- Handle money. You pay on the department's own portal, and nothing here asks for card, bank or UPI details.
- Give legal, tax or investment advice. We say so, then point you to the right office.
- Claim an answer is always right. Software can get things wrong.
